Handmade & Custom Products

All nail sets are handcrafted and made to order. Designs may have slight variations due to the handmade process. By purchasing, you acknowledge that each set is unique and may not be identical to product photos.

Order Processing

Processing times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on order volume. Processing time does not include shipping time. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Color or design preference
  • Damage caused by improper application or removal

Sizing kits are recommended to ensure the best fit.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, PressedByAshLi LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Carrier errors

Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for proper application, removal, and care of press‑on nails. We are not liable for any damage to natural nails or allergic reactions to adhesives or materials.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, descriptions, and branding are the property of PressedByAshLi LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Order Accuracy

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can review the issue.

Your personal information is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
